Bhd. conducted a vital Kiken Yochi (Hazard Prediction) Training at its plant site in Training Room 1, reinforcing its dedication to workplace safety. Led by expert trainer Mr. Mohd Shaharuddin Abdul Latiff, the two-day session brought together employees from the QHSSE-FM, Production, Maintenance, Laboratory, and Maintenance Project departments to emphasize on hazard awareness and proactive risk management. The training centered on the Kiken Yochi Training (KYT) 4-Round Method, a structured approach to identifying and mitigating workplace hazards. Participants explored key safety concepts, including the distinction between unsafe acts and conditions, and learned practical tools like the “Point and Call” (Yubisashi Kosho) technique for hazard confirmation. The Hiyari-Hatto near-miss reporting system was also introduced, encouraging employees to report potential risks to prevent accidents. Representatives from Tsukuba University Japan participated in the 2025 Singapore International Challenge, held from February 18 to 23 at the Singapore Badminton Hall East Coast. This event, sanctioned by the Badminton World Federation (BWF) and Badminton Asia, showcased emerging talents in the sport. The Tsukuba University duo of Yamagishi Takumi and Kamiyama Koki competed fiercely in the Men’s Doubles category, successfully advancing to Round 16, where they played against Malaysian team.
