In anticipation of Malaysia’s mandatory Electronic Invoicing (E-Invoice) system commencing on August 1st, 2024, Pertama is proactively equipping its staff with the necessary knowledge and skills to navigate this significant transition.

To achieve this, the Human Resources Department organized a two-day training session on “Introduction to E-Invoicing Implementation in Malaysia” on August 29th and 30th, 2024. The training was conducted by Mr. Elango Muniandy, an accredited HRDCorp Trainer from Vision Training & Consultancy Sdn Bhd.

A total of 35 Pertama staff participated in the training, gaining valuable insights into the importance of E-Invoice implementation, legal and regulatory frameworks, and strategies for seamless integration with accounting systems. Through engaging in group activities and case studies, participants developed a deep understanding of the E-invoicing process.

By the end of the training, Pertama’s staff were well-prepared to embrace the E-Invoice system, ensuring compliance and efficiency in their invoicing processes. This initiative is expected to streamline operations, reduce manual errors, and facilitate efficient tax reporting.
